The number of Swiss rounds will be based on total attendance at the beginning of the first round.
OCG Cards:
Cards printed for the Asian version of Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG (which is called the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game” or “OCG”) are usually printed in Japanese or Korean, will be legal for play at this event. While OCG cards are sometimes available in other languages, including English, they are not normally legal for Sanctioned play in TCG territories (such as North America, Central America, South America, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia). An exception has been made for this event since the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 competitors will be able to use both OCG and TCG cards in their Decks. Due to this, Duelists may use OCG cards in their Decks for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 Celebration Event.
